Island Pond is a small pond in Harriman State Park. It is depicted in one of our Museum exhibits! Alvaro and I checked out the Museum's diorama before the hike with the hopes of finding the same site on the pond. Well I was not able to figure it out. The diorama was built about 50 years ago so things may have changed a bit. I think that I need to go back with a canoe for a closer look...
